Thank you, it’s been a month, and I had goals. Goals like pass 300 subs and it happened, and the competitive maniac in me can sorta rest until it gets close to my other goals again.
And ya, hitting HUT and IONQ and SNOW on the head altogether in one day feels like I just posterized the market, dunking on their stupid heads.
Did I know IONQ would revise up, as I talked about it so avidly on the pod last night, and tweeted about it a few days ago. I don’t know, I guess that’s just the wizard in me.
So ya enjoying it all right now, and it all feels good. Going to enjoy a nice cigar, and practice my skull busting swing tonight. :)
If you enjoy the stack, make sure to like this post, restack, retweet, subscribe to the tribe. It goes a long way and I think 95% of those that upgrade will say they’ve seen their trading improve incredibly. But enough of the biz, let’s get down to wiz.
Reflection
I took it personal
- Michael Jordan
Competition is what fuels me. I always get absolutely psyched in my victories, but I also remember to give thanks. One thing as I watched the Last Dance that really stood out to me was how Michael talked in public, versus how he talked about himself and his teammates behind the scenes.
You watch any interview of Michael after a game, win or loss, he is cordial, well spoken and polished. Jovial even. Reports would ask “Do you think so and so on the other team blew it.”
Mike would reply so even keel, “ Well, I think that’s a little harsh.”
He never put himself down, or others. But he’d push them. He’d push himself. He knew his level of greatness, and only accepted that standard.
I think we can all take away something from how Mike carried himself. Be confident, smile. Talk well of others and yourself, but know the fine balance of learning to push yourself and others to new heights.

There’s something really interesting happening, that I don’t think Fintwit/Twitter quite understands. What the VIX dropping actually means and that it dropping too low isn’t always a good thing, and it probably doesn’t imply what you necessarily think it might imply...
If you are unfamiliar with the VIX, I wrote an educational post on it a few weeks ago. You can read it here.
