Hello, what a morning, what a past couple of months! I feel like this tribe continues to have large win after large win. The markets have been difficult but you’ve stuck with this ole wiz, and I’ve gotten you through.

I won’t preamble too long, I think I just want to generally recover the potential risks that lie ahead with FOMC upcoming here.

I think I fixed the Student Discount for this Substack, Thanks to TMoney for pointing it out, if you aren’t already taking advantage of the student discount I really encourage students to do it. I want education to be accessible and for my stack to be less than your Netflix Subscription.

Student Special:

Get 50% off forever

I’m also celebrating 1 Year on my Substack, so anyone that renews their subscription before April 15th (Wiz Bday), gets 15% off their subscription for as long as they are subscribed to the stack!

15% off Forever:

Thank you, deeply and truly, for supporting this stack and this community. We’ve been on a long journey with many great adventures, and I hope this stack has helped you grow not only as a trader, but as a person. That you have found some meaning in life and learned a little more along the way.

If you have learned even just 1 thing from here, I hope you also consider sharing the substack, RTing its posts, and just hitting the like button when you read it, because that allows for our tribe to continue to grow and for more people to get in on the wiz biz :) My goal for the substack this year is to grow it to 2,000 subs, and we currently stand at 1,300 tribe members strong!

Again, thank you! What an incredible honor it is to get to teach and be with you all each day. Here’s to another year of torching the markets!

I also take serious pride in this being an affordable educational site. I am adding a veteran discount on top of adding student discounts to subscriptions.

If you enjoy the stack, make sure to like this post, restack, retweet, subscribe to the tribe. It goes a long way and I think 95% of those that upgrade will say they’ve seen their trading improve incredibly. But enough of the biz, let’s get down to wiz.

Reflection

Taoism, an ancient Chinese philosophy and religion, emphasizes living in harmony with the natural order of the universe, often referred to as the Tao. Here are some key tenets of Taoism:

  • The Tao:

    • The central concept, representing the flow, way, or principle underlying the universe.

    • It's often described as unknowable and ever-changing, existing beyond human definition.

    • The goal is to align oneself with the Tao through living in accordance with its natural flow.

  • Wu Wei (Effortless Action):

    • Acting spontaneously and naturally, without forcing or striving.

    • It's about following the natural flow of things rather than imposing one's will.

    • Achieving goals through indirect means and harmony with the situation.

  • Yin and Yang:

    • The concept of balancing opposing forces within the universe.

    • Yin represents darkness, femininity, and passivity, while Yang represents light, masculinity, and activity.

    • Everything in the universe is considered to be a combination of these two forces, and maintaining balance between them is crucial.

  • Simplicity and Humility:

    • Living a simple life free from unnecessary desires and possessions.

    • Embracing humility and recognizing one's place within the vastness of the universe.

    • Appreciating nature and the interconnectedness of all things.

  • Te (Virtue):

    • Cultivating inner qualities like compassion, kindness, and integrity.

    • Living in accordance with the natural order and acting with moral responsibility.
