I’ve been so ambitious lately in my projects. It’s sort of who I am, I love a high hill to climb, but I think I make a lot of the hills higher than they really need to be for myself. As much as I love to go for good is good enough, its really knowing I am a perfectionist who is constantly unsatisfied with my work where that comes from.
I’m not exactly sure where I’m going with that, but it’s really in the direction of 2 ways. First, if you’re reading this and know you are hard on yourself, be kind to yourself. Second, I think many times I try to juggle too much. I’m a bit like Elon (actually we have the same personality type) where I work for far too long, have way too many companies, probably too many kids (kidding), and have too many niche obsessions. Part of growing up, taking care of others (especially kids) is letting go of some of these things at times and knowing you will eventually get to come back to them. Knowing that perfection is an ever fleeting thing, and you don’t really need it anyways.
You can survive, excel, be excellent, and not always give 100% to all of it. Because there needs to be time for life. If your parents are still around, make sure you tell them you love them, if you have loved ones, friends, a partner, tell them you love them. Let people know that they make life worth living, and that you want to make time for them. Be there with them, because in the end that’s really all we got. There will be time enough.
Now that aside, what wiz biz magic today huh? I write a Bitcoin ETF post last night. Bitcoin the next day goes wild. HOOD 0.00%↑ goes wild. MARA 0.00%↑ goes wild. We got so many great plays in the playbook right now, and more importantly as I wrote last week, the pullback was ending, we are now in the next stage of rally. Silly SPY hits my target first day. But we can take a longer look at it.
