Forward
We have an incredible second round set up of the Trump Pump post inauguration that we have been setting up for.
With the inauguration today, I do as a patriot cover here some historical terms used so far today, but we also take a look at how markets are set up heading into this week that should result in a strong rally.
"Thank you very much, everybody. Well, thank you very, very much. Vice President Vance, Speaker Johnson, Senator Thune, Chief Justice Roberts, justices of the United States Supreme Court, President Clinton, President Bush, President Obama, President Biden, Vice President Harris, and my fellow citizens. The Golden Age of America begins right now. From this day forward, our country will flourish and be respected again all over the world. We will be the envy of every nation, and we will not allow ourselves to be taken advantage of any longer during every single day of the Trump administration.
Over the past eight years, I have been tested and challenged more than any president in our 250-year history, and I’ve learnt a lot along the way. The journey to reclaim our Republic has not been an easy one, that I can tell you. Those who wish to stop our cause have tried to take my freedom. And indeed, to take my life. Just a few months ago, in a beautiful Pennsylvania field, an assassin’s bullet ripped through my ear. But I felt then and believe even more so now, that my life was saved for a reason. I was saved by God to make America great again! That is why each day under our administration of American patriots, we will be working to meet every crisis with dignity and power and strength. We will move with purpose and speed to bring back hope, prosperity, safety, and peace for citizens of every race, religion, and colour. For American citizens, January 20th, 2025 is Liberation Day.
All over the world, we will be the envy of every nation and we will not allow ourselves to be taken advantage of any longer. During every single day of the Trump Administration, I will very simply put America first. ... Our sovereignty will be reclaimed. Our safety will be restored. The scales of justice will be rebalanced. The vicious, violent, and unfair weaponisation of the justice department and our government will end. And our top priority will be to create a nation that is proud, prosperous and free. America will soon be greater stronger and far more exceptional than ever before. I returned to the presidency confident and optimistic that we are at the start of a thrilling new era of national success. A tide of change is sweeping the country. Sunlight is pouring over the entire world, and America has the chance to seize this opportunity like never before."

CITY UPON A HILL
The "City upon a Hill" is a powerful metaphor with profound significance in American history. Coined by Puritan Governor John Winthrop in 1630, it envisioned the Massachusetts Bay Colony as a shining example of a godly society, visible to the world. This concept has evolved to represent American exceptionalism – the belief that the United States has a unique and divinely ordained mission to be a beacon of freedom, democracy, and morality for other nations.
The "City upon a Hill" has shaped American foreign policy, inspiring interventions abroad and a sense of responsibility to promote its values globally.
MANIFEST DESTINY
Manifest Destiny, a 19th-century doctrine, asserted the United States' divinely ordained right to expand its territory westward across North America. This belief fueled westward expansion, leading to the acquisition of vast territories like Texas, California, and the Oregon Territory. While it promoted a sense of national purpose and fueled economic growth, Manifest Destiny also had a dark side. It justified the displacement and dispossession of Native American populations, leading to conflict, forced removals, and the erosion of indigenous cultures.
The legacy of Manifest Destiny continues to shape American identity and foreign policy, raising questions about the nation's relationship with its neighbors and its role in the world.
MONROE DOCTRINE
The Monroe Doctrine, articulated by President James Monroe in 1823, was a cornerstone of early US foreign policy.
Core Principle: It declared that the Western Hemisphere was off-limits for further colonization or interference by European powers.
Underlying Motives:
Protect newly independent Latin American nations: The US aimed to prevent European powers from re-establishing colonies in the Americas, which had recently gained independence from Spain.
Assert US dominance: The doctrine signaled the growing power of the US and its ambition to become a dominant force in the Western Hemisphere.
Significance:
Asserted US influence: It marked a significant shift in US foreign policy, moving from isolationism towards a more assertive role in world affairs.
Shaped US-Latin American relations: The doctrine has had a lasting impact on US relations with Latin American countries, often viewed as paternalistic and interventionist.
Criticisms:
Paternalistic: Critics argue that the doctrine was inherently paternalistic, treating Latin American nations as subordinates and denying them the right to determine their own foreign policy.
Justification for intervention: The doctrine has been used to justify US intervention in Latin American affairs, often under the guise of protecting its interests.
The Monroe Doctrine remains a controversial topic in international relations, highlighting the complexities of US foreign policy in the Western Hemisphere.
COLD WAR BASES IN GREENLAND
The most notable Cold War base in Greenland is Camp Century.
Secret Project: It was a top-secret US military base built into the Greenland ice sheet during the 1950s.
Project Iceworm: Officially a research station, Camp Century was part of "Project Iceworm," a clandestine plan to launch nuclear missiles from underground tunnels within the ice sheet.
Abandoned: Due to the instability of the ice sheet, the project was abandoned in 1967.
Environmental Concerns: The abandoned base, with its buried waste, including radioactive material, has raised environmental concerns in recent years.
It's important to note that this is one of the most well-known Cold War bases in Greenland. There may have been other smaller or more covert installations.
